10 Things WWE Fans Need To Know About Tyler Breeze

3. He Was Influenced By Ben Stiller In "Dodgeball" And "Zoolander"

The movie character that people think of when it comes to Breeze is Ben Stiller from the film Zoolander. He was a character that poked fun at the way models behave. Breeze says he got part of the voice from that, but it wasn't the only Stiller character that was influential. According to Breeze, it was Stiller's character in the comedy film Dodgeball (White Goodman) that was very influential because of his heel persona. That character was an over-the-top gym owner that seemed to be in love with himself while also specialising in making a number of ridiculous facial expressions. Here's how Tyler explained it:
I did this face at the end of interviews and then I started watching some Zoolander stuff and switched my voice a little bit. As I started doing more interviews it kind of turned into more of Ben Stiller from Dodgeball than it actually was Zoolander. I was this loose cannon that would get angry at anything and everything you asked me was the stupidest question I've ever heard in my life.
If you've seen those Stiller films then you can easily see how Breeze has been influenced by those characters.
