7. Ric Flair Only Won The Match Once

Another man synonymous with WarGames is the 'Nature Boy' Ric Flair. As he was a top heel during the gimmick's height towards the end of the 1980s, Flair came out on the losing end more often than not. In fact, he'd only win once and lost an amazing 16 times throughout his career.

The vast majority of those defeats were suffered on house shows, but Ric also did the honours in WarGames matches on pay-per-views, too. He scored his only victory during the first pay-per-view WarGames match he was involved in at WrestleWar '91. Teaming with Larry Zbyszko, Barry Windham and Sid Vicious, Flair beat Sting, Brian Pillman and The Steiner Brothers.

It's safe to assume few of the house show WarGames matches Flair was involved in passed by without his bleach-blonde hair soaked in blood. Such violence had largely been eliminated from the match by the time Ric worked his last WarGames, at Fall Brawl 1997, within the increasingly polished Ted Turner environment.
