Judging by the fact that Bryan has had complications following his neck surgeries which has required him to have additional surgeries, theres a distinct possibility that Daniel Bryan has wrestled his last match in the WWE. However, there have been no reports of any further complications in some time, and judging by his appearance as a guest general manager on Raw and Smackdown a couple weeks ago, we may be close to Bryan returning to the ring. A major factor in the desire for Bryans return is that he was never defeated for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. In many fans eyes (the ones that still follow kayfabe), that makes Bryan the uncrowned champion, and he would most likely be granted a World Title match immediately upon his return. It remains to be seen whether Bryan can continue to work the hard-hitting and high-flying style that got him over with the fans to begin with. But hes a proven hand on the roster, and would be a welcome addition when (if?) hes ready to return.
