10 Things WWE Must Do At The Royal Rumble Go-Home Raw

2. Are The 30 Confirmed?

There's a little bit of confusion right now as to whether the list of thirty superstars entering the Royal Rumble is confirmed. Mr McMahon on Raw last week addressed twenty nine superstars and said they could walk out of the Rumble as champion. The thirtieth man is Roman Reigns, so does this mean that the list is confirmed? Let's hope not, as those men on the stage were mostly jobbers. WWE have actually really screwed up here by giving the impression that the entry list is complete. That ruins the potential of surprises, which is always one of the things that fans watch the Rumble for. What's probably happened here, is McMahon messed his lines up, or creative didn't think the narrative through. Those men on the stage won't all be entering the Rumble, and Dave Meltzer has confirmed surprises will be happening. WWE needs to use the next Raw to communicate that fact. They need to let the audience know that surprises will happen. They should use Raw to confirm around twenty names, with some serious threats in the list, and then they should leave the rest as teases. That's how to sell a Royal Rumble match.
