5. Shinsuke Nakamura = Cody’s Speed Bump
The little feud Shinsuke Nakamura and Cody Rhodes have going on is bubbling away nicely.
Shin's ominous promos are interesting (the artwork complementing his threats is excellent), and Cody is showing signs of a frustrated babyface who just can't shake him. They'll surely main event Raw next week, then Rhodes can move on. The rivalry shouldn't linger around too long after that.
Nakamura is nothing more than a speed bump on Cody's 'Road To WrestleMania', and that's fine. The feud has served its purpose by keeping Rhodes busy, but there's no need to program the pair together on the next couple of PLEs before 'Mania. It looks like Hunter knows that.
Most fully expect Cody to be involved in the World Title picture again come April. To get there, he doesn't actually need to officially earn his shot. If that sounds confusing at first glance, then brace yourselves for a fully-fleshed out explanation.
