The 2014 edition of Survivor Series is over and it was a night that we will never forget. It was the night when former NWA, WCW and TNA World Champion Sting finally made an appearance in a WWE ring. A lot of people thought that it would never happen. When it did, the crowd cheered. It Survivor Series wasn't the best PPV of the year. That was probably WrestleMania 30 or SummerSlam. However, no other PPV this year can top the moment of Sting showing up in a WWE arena for the first time in his legendary wrestling career. It's not always about having great matches. Having a special, one of a kind moment like Sting's WWE debut is something we will never forget. While there were some things that were not welcome like a 15 minute promo to start the show that made it feel like Sunday Night Raw and a match featuring The Bunny, it was a show has mostly received a positive reaction from wrestling fans. That's because of how well the last hour of the show went. After watching the show two times, it's easy to see why it was a one match show like most of us expected. The first two hours were below average. The final hour was outstanding. Since that one match delivered, we can look back on Survivor Series in a positive light.
