10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About The Great Khali

7. He Beat Undertaker Clean In A Match

There aren't that many wrestlers that can say they beat The Undertaker clean in a match on television or PPV during the last 24. However, The Great Khali can. Khali only wrestled twice on Smackdown (wins over Funaki and Rey Mysterio when he was World Champion) prior to the Judgment Day 2006 showdown with Undertaker. We still didn't know much about him other than he was this really big guy that went after Undertaker right away. He hadn't really sold any moves, so we didn't know what it would be like against Undertaker. Their match at Judgment Day 2006 went about eight minutes with Khali dominating most of it. The only time Undertaker was able to get some offense was when he tied up Undertaker in the ropes. Khali recovered from that, hit a boot to the face to knock down Undertaker and then Khali gave him a hug chop to the head. Undertaker old it like he was out. Khali celebrated the move, then hit a boot to the face. Khali covered him with just one foot on his chest and Undertaker didn't move. http://youtu.be/ye9hxQd0Yu0 Why is it something WWE wants you to forget? Because Khali spent the last six years as a joke character and they don't want you remembering that at point this guy beat the nearly unbeatable Undertaker with a chop to the head. Looking back on it, they probably thought it was a great idea. Now? Vince McMahon likely regrets it big time.
