10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About The Miz

9. His Two Intercontinental Title Reigns Lasted One Day

The Miz has won the Intercontinental Title four times. His first win happened in July 2012 at Raw 1000 over Christian. That reign lasted about three months. His second longest reign was from earlier this year when he won a battle royal in July at Battleground to win the vacant IC Title. That reign lasted four weeks. Two of his other reigns lasted for just one day. When he beat Wade Barrett for the IC Title on the WrestleMania 29 pre-show, it was simply done to pop the crowd in the pre-show. They had no intention of giving Miz a long title reign since Barrett won it back on Raw the next night. Having a one day title reign really didn't do much to help Miz, the title or Barrett. It was completely unnecessary. The second one day IC Title happened recently at the September 21 Night of Champions PPV when Miz beat Dolph Ziggler by holding the tights. The next night on Raw, Ziggler won it back and now it appears as though The Miz has moved on from that feud that lasted all summer. When WWE mentions Miz is a "four time Intercontinental Champion" they say it as if it's a big deal. The problem is that two of those reigns were complete jokes. They are things that WWE wants us to forget.
