Yes, actual zombies invaded WWE programming and devoured a superstar live on pay-per-view. Well, not actual zombies, but you get the gist. Vinnie Mac decided to take some cash money from Hollywood and tie in with Batista's new 'Army Of The Dead' flick, which is fine. The results were...not fine.

A promising bout between The Miz and Damian Priest, which was following the pair's well-received tag also involving John Morrison and Bad Bunny at WrestleMania, totally sh*t the bed at 'Mania Backlash. That's hardly their fault. These lads had zombies as lumberjacks, for crying out loud. How were they supposed to make that work?

WWE will want everyone to forget that Miz got eaten alive post-match too. Worse, they didn't even bother to explain that when he popped back up on TV later. He just "went away for a while". Who knew that getting munched on by the undead was a minor setback akin to spraining one's ankle?
