10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About 2021

6. Another Senseless Title Swap

If anyone reading this who has the relevant address could forward on a memo, that'd be great. It'd read, "Attention, WWE: Nobody gives a rat's ass about your Draft, because you yourselves don't give a hoot about it either". They prove this annually.

In October, reigning SmackDown Women's Champ Becky Lynch was drafted to Raw. Rather conveniently, then-Raw Women's Champ Charlotte Flair went the other way to SmackDown. WWE programmed this knowing they'd have to book another of those God awful belt swap angles on TV at some point.

It was every bit as painful as the tag-team switchover between New Day and The Street Profits in 2020.

You won't hear WWE's commentary teams, or even Becky and Charlotte themselves, talking about this anymore though. As far as they're concerned, Lynch has always been Raw's titleholder and Flair has always been SmackDown's.

There was no change. Nope, nothing to see here.
