10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Kane
6. See No Evil
The Rotten Tomatoes "Critics' Consensus" on Kane's debut film reads: "See No Evil is packed with cliches from countless other teen slasher films, making for a predictable, scare-free waste of time."
Ouch. And the worst part is that it only scored a meager 8% on the Tomatometer, putting it below even Tommy Wiseau's The Room, which got... 32%?!
The audience score, at least, is currently up at 50%, which means WWE could argue that it made a film for the common man, not the fusty, out-of-touch LA critics who are programmed to hate anything not directed by Woody Allen.
Problem is, it's hard to escape the conclusion that most of the users who gave it a positive rating were wrestling fans (or else Kane fans - or else just trolls) looking to redress the balance.
