2. Pro Wrestlers Vs. Zombies
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jiF3BRRiZgg Most of the reasons on this list revolve around the fact that such incidents were controversial in one way or another, and something that a company such as the WWE would naturally wish to distance themselves from. This one, however, is simply flat-out embarrassing. Pro Wrestlers vs Zombies is a 2013 film (released on DVD in 2014, if you really want to check it out), starring several prominent figures in the business. Not only does Matt Hardy make an appearance - seen rocking his 'Stronger Than Death' t-shirt and looking generally worried in the trailer - but so do such esteemed figures as Roddy Piper, Kurt Angle, Jim Duggan and 'The Franchise' Shane Douglas. As the title suggests, the movie depicts the stars (playing themselves) taking on a horde of zombies with a variety of wrestling moves. Perhaps unsurprisingly, it was given a negative review by horror fanzine 'Fangoria', who found its "repetitive story structure" particularly shoddy.
