WWE - or somebody at WWE - presumably signed off just two years ago on Paige's shockingly near-the-knuckle comments about Charlotte's late brother Reid Flair, who tragically passed away at the age of 25 in 2013.
Yet something tells us they won't be revisiting that moment in the Paige's Greatest Moments DVD. The promo was immediately met with stern admonishment from industry insiders and fans alike, particularly after the news that Ric Flair wasn't made aware of the plans in advance.
Blurring the lines between the real and the kayfabe is usually to be welcomed, but in this case Paige - or, more accurately, whoever wrote that line - simply went too far, and we don't really want to see that kind of thing in a WWE ring again.
