It may seem a little presumptuous to include this moment on the list, given its very recent airing. However, the immediate backlash the angle has received demonstrates just how unacceptable it is. For those unaware, Charlotte cut an emotional promo during a contract signing with Paige, during which she made mention of her deceased younger brother, Reid Flair. Shockingly, Paige then used Reid's death to provoke Charlotte, claiming that he didn't have a lot of fight. It wouldn't be a surprise to see WWE immediately drop this aspect of the angle, given the outraged response it has generated in such a short space of time - a strength of feeling galvanised by the fact that Ric Flair wasn't even notified beforehand.
