10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About The Godfather

10. He Actually Runs A Strip Club In Las Vegas

Talk about living the gimmick, huh? When Charles Wright left WWE and, by extension, the wrestling business in 2002, he didn't head for the indies or book a table at the next available fan convention. No, The Godfather returned to Las Vegas and began managing a gentleman's club called Cheetah's. He'd been in and around the business for years, anyway. When WWE.com ran a 'where are they now?' feature on Wright in 2010, they referred to Cheetah's as a 'Night Club', but that's hardly accurate. A quick perusal of their website or their Twitter account will show you that these are, in fact, strip clubs (suppress your shocked faces, please). Overpriced champagne, door fees and lap dances courtesy of The Godfather! The Cheetah's Las Vegas website also advertises that you can meet The Godfather at the club between 10pm-2am every Friday and Saturday night. I don't think we'll see a plug for the establishment during his Hall of Fame hype video, do you?
