10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Tough Enough

9. One Of The Season 3 Contestants Had A 'Psychotic Breakdown'

Remember Lisa from season three? No? Well, there's a good reason for that. Lisa, a nondescript blonde who never had a hope of winning the competition, only appeared in the first two episodes. During the third episode contestants (and the audience) were told that Lisa had decided that wrestling wasn't for her. Phrases such as 'her mind gave in before her body' were used to describe what happened. Boy, you can say that again. It wasn't a simple case of Lisa feeling a little bit of stress: she had a full-on psychological breakdown. When the rest of the house and trainers were out eating Lisa reportedly stayed behind and started throwing herself into the walls. After that little episode she found the MTV control room, made her way onto the roof of the house and had to be talked down by producers. When her parents came to collect her, she physically attacked them, claiming she had no idea who they were. After that episode, she escaped custody in LAX airport, causing a whole wing to be shut down while attempts were made to find here. But the fun didn't end there. Some time later, Lisa made her way to OVW and claimed that Al Snow and WWE had sent her there for further training. It was untrue. Not taking the hint, Lisa found a way to get backstage at WWE events in September 2002, where she helped set-up the pyro for the events and even had a face-to-face conversation with Vince McMahon. Once WWE officials finally caught onto what was going down and a picture of Lisa circulated amongst WWE security.
