When will they learn?

Yes, modern wrestling fans get a sick satisfaction out of rebelling; this is born both from a desire for anti-authority, 'Attitude' era-esque coolness and because there's a sense that WWE don't understand what the core audience truly wants minute-to-minute. That's why The Bella Twins were booed in that skit with Bayley.

Not to put too fine a point on things, but there are similarities with the previous entry here. Like Sami Zayn, Bayley is a coveted full-timer who managed to win over the fans by being awesome at her job. Meanwhile, Nikki and Brie Bella are considered relics from a bygone era when women's wrestling sucked.

Although that's not exactly fair, it's the way it is.

WWE presumably thought The Bellas would look like heroic comeback queens for rolling Bayley down the ramp and stopping her incessant yammering. Instead, they sorta' came across as heels themselves, if only 'cause Tampa was having none of them.
