10 Things You Didn’t Know About Stephanie McMahon

7. She Is One Of The Most Powerful Women In Cable

Despite the fact that World Wrestling Entertainment did not get the television fees it had hoped for, Monday Night Raw remains one of the top programs on all of cable television. Every week, millions of fans tune in to see the Superstars of WWE battle it out on USA Network.

Thus, as the undisputed most powerful woman in the sport, she is one of the most powerful in the cable television industry. So much so that industry staple Cable Fax has named her to their "Most Powerful Women in Cable" list every year since 2009. It bolsters her standing in the world of cable and puts her in a position to bargain and negotiate on WWE's behalf when the time comes. That all of the accolades she has been awarded thanks to her influence on the cable television industry have not somehow been incorporated into her on-screen character is somewhat surprising.

Could you imagine how unbearable Stephanie's character would be if she were to come out on a weekly basis and tout not only her position of power within WWE but as one of the most powerful women in all of cable? It would be an instant heat magnet and help get her over even more than she already is. Imagine a huge party to celebrate her accomplishment, complete with pyro and confetti. It would be such a self-indulging, egotistical ordeal but one that would be incredibly entertaining to watch, especially given Stephanie's command of the crowd.
