3. She Accused Nikki Bella Of Blocking Her Return To WWE
Kelly Kelly wasn't the only member of the WWE roster with whom Maria had issues. As she described it, an awkward encounter ensured that Nikki Bella was not a fan of Maria's.
Maria said that before the Bella twins ever joined WWE, she and Dolph Ziggler were close friends. Once, many of the roster members were out at a club, and Maria and Dolph started dancing together - simply as friends. Nikki angrily confronted Maria, telling her that she and Dolph were an item and that Maria should back off. After that alleged encounter, things were frosty.
Years later, tensions escalated when Maria took to Twitter and accused Bella of blocking her return to the company for WrestleMania 29. Whether or not Bella really did get in the way of a deal for Kanellis to make a comeback may never be known, but at the the time, there were rumors flying that the twins had prevented other former stars - like Kelly Kelly and Maryse - from re-signing with the company.
