The Dudley Boyz are, quite simply, one of the most successful tag teams in the history of wrestling. They are the only duo to have held the tag titles of the WWF, WWE, WCW, ECW, TNA, NJPW and NWA, making them a major part of various illustrious lineages, and wrestling history as a whole. Despite barely altering their gimmick over the course of almost 20 years (singles runs aside), the Dudleys have remained one of the most popular tag teams in wrestling. Their return on Raw resulted in an unsurprisingly raucous reaction, with fans clamouring for all the old familiar spots. They could be just the fresh air needed to reinvigorate a mediocre tag division, and represent a very smart move on the part of the WWE.
