Cyndi Lauper was a major player on the rock side of the 1980's Rock and Wrestling era. Not only did she make herself known on WWF programming but she also helped introduce pro wrestlers to a pop music audience. Iron Sheik benefited from one opportunity when he appeared in the 1985 music video Goonies 'R' Good Enough. The video showcased Sheik alongside an all-star cast of Roddy Piper, Nikolai Volkoff, The Fabulous Moolah, Freddie Blassie, the stars of the Goonies movie, Steven Spielberg, and Andre The Giant. This video was a 1980's crossover bonanza. In the video Sheik played the part of one of the creditors who threatened to steal a mom and pop gas station run by Cyndi and her family. He had a speaking part where he called Cyndi's mom a lazy American bum. He also showed off his dance moves in the second part of the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxLhytQ67fs
