10 Things You May Have Missed From WWE Raw (Jul 2)

5. Spoiler Alert?

What's the point in telling stories if you're going to give the ending away weeks in advance?

This is exactly what WWE have done with Ronda Rousey's suspension. Her interfering in Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax's Raw Women's Title bout was always likely, but the company have now done everything but leak the pay-per-view script in advance, and it escalated last night

On Monday, WWE uploaded a YouTube interview in which Rousey revealed her Raw suspension didn't apply to PPVs. A bone-headed move on the company's behalf, and Michael Cole reiterated this point on Raw itself, making sure that anyone who may have missed the original upload got it.

So Jax vs. Bliss will presumably play out at ringside until Ronda gets involved, potentially setting up a SummerSlam Triple Threat (or Fatal Four-Way, if Natalya's around). Predictability is always a concern in WWE, but here, the company went out of the way to spoil their own angle. Why even bother watching the match now?
