10 Things You Need To Know About Past WWE Road To WrestleManias

The Undertaker has had to put up with working with some truly crap wrestlers over the years. As impressive as the WrestleMania winning streak was, if you look at some of those early matches you may be thinking what all of the fuss was about. The Dead Man dodged a bullet in 2005. He was originally supposed to team with Kane to take on the terrible duo of Gene Snitsky and John Heidenreich. Snitsky had been feuding with Kane after he caused the miscarraige of his forced-wife Lita's baby while Heidenreich was feuding with The Undertaker because...well, because. So the Michael Cole rapist and baby-killing foot fetishist decided to team team up for a showdown with the Brothers of Destruction. Snitsky interfered in the Heidenreich/Undertaker casket match at Royal Rumble 2005. Unfortunately for them, Kane was hiding in the casket and countered their devious scheme. Undertaker won the match. This was all supposed to lead to a tag team casket match at WrestleMania 21. 'Taker, realising how hopeless his potential opponents were, nixed the idea and was programmed with Randy Orton instead. Heidenreich, Snitsky, Kane and The Undertaker in the same ring for more than three minutes is a very frightening thought indeed.
