10 Things You Need To Know About WWE's UK Tryout Wrestlers

8. Liam Thomson Is A 13-Year Veteran

Existing as almost a hidden gem on the British circuit for the past 13 years, Edinburgh-born Liam Thomson makes up for his clear lack of size with vast experience and an under-rated ability to play comedic and serious roles.

For an example of this, look no further than his recent work in ICW. The contrast with Thomson's previous role as part of the Fight Club tag-team with Kid Fite is huge, but Liam is the kind of talent that can roll with the punches and work wonders with whatever he's handed.

At 31 years of age, the Scot is just coming into his prime years as a wrestler. For that reason, he definitely shouldn't be counted out as someone WWE would take a look at, and he'd be a fine addition to live events centred around the brand new WWE United Kingdom Title.
