Outside of doing a stretcher job or two for storyline purposes, Chris Jericho has never been seriously hurt throughout his entire wrestling career.

This was actually a major part behind his program with Edge leading up to WrestleMania XXVI. Of course, Jericho replacing his partner Edge with ease after he went down with an Achilles injury was the crux of their story, but Jericho also brought up in multiple promos that he had never before gotten hurt and missed time in WWE the same way The Rated-R Superstar has.

This is a fact.

The only documented injury Jericho has had in his entire career occurred during his short-lived stint in Smokey Mountain Wrestling in 1994 when he broke his arm while practicing a shooting star press. Other than that, Jericho has been injury-free for over 25 years.

That's especially impressive when you consider he has worked a full-time schedule on multiple occasions since then and has taken some incredible risks in his matches.

It's worth noting that he hurt his back while training for 'Dancing with the Stars' in 2011, an injury that almost cost him his career (but didn't thanks to DDP Yoga) However, since that didn't happen while he was wrestling, it doesn't count.
