1. Brock Vs. AJ (Survivor Series 2017)
Unofficially known as the last time Brock bothered to wear his working boots, this interbrand showdown with AJ Styles delivered on all fronts. The two former IWGP heavyweight champions went all out, reminding everyone that, while AJ could have a good match with a pool noodle, Brock was still capable of tearing the house down when he wanted to.
AJ was battered and swatted away like a phenomenal fly, taking one of the most sympathy-inducing babyface beatings in recent memory. But he wore Brock down, trapping him in the Calf Crusher and causing the most selling Brock Lesnar had done since he coined the phrase "Suplex City."
Although AJ would end up staring at the lights (and getting his head bounced off the canvas for good measure), the fans ate it up, and there were no losers on this night.
