A huge story going into WrestleMania 14 revolved around the idea that Michaels wasn't too hot on the idea of dropping the WWF Heavyweight Title to Steve Austin. There are various stories surrounding the situation, with many telling the tale that none other than The Undertaker told HBK - in no uncertain terms - that he'd do the right thing for business or face the consequences. Whatever the case, Shawn went all out in the match to help make Austin - the WWF's new sensation - look like the proverbial million bucks. Even with his back in utter agony, Michaels bumped around for the antihero babyface remarkably, but the pain was etched on his face throughout the match. This would be the moment that kickstarted 'Stone Cold's' rise to the top of the federation, and subsequent dominance over the main event scene for close to two years, but it's stunning (pun intended) to think that Michaels was even thinking of sabotaging his big moment. Thankfully, HBK did the right thing, going down for the pin in a match that had no right to be as good as it was, mainly due to injury.
