10 Times Triple H Faced WCW

5. Scott Steiner

By the time Scott Steiner made his way to WWE in late-2002, injuries had piled up for the WCW star. For wrestling fans who didn't pay much attention to WCW, and only really remembered Steiner from his earlier WWE run in the mid-90's, it must have been quite the shock to see how much he had changed - Scott Steiner looked almost like a different person by 2002, certainly compared to 1994. The man's knees and back may have been shot, but there was still significant interest in seeing Steiner face Triple H for the World Heavyweight Championship, something which would happen at both the Rumble Rumble and No Way Out Pay-Per-Views in 2003. Generally speaking, the bouts aren't regarded too well by many wrestling enthusiasts. Triple H himself wasn't quite the athlete he had been a few years prior, the man had his own injury troubles, and thus couldn't hide Steiner's weaknesses effectively enough. The results were disappointing, but there was still a big-match feel to proceedings, one which the actual bouts themselves sadly couldn't live up to.
