10 Times Triple H Proved He Was The Cerebral Assassin
11. Using Racism To Unnerve Booker T Prior To WrestleMania 19
Legendary African-American wrestler Booker T was rewarded for an incredibly successful 2002 tag-team run with Goldust with a WrestleMania 19 World Championship match against Triple H. Prior to WrestleMania, Triple H cut a promo stating that not only was WCW and its title "a joke," but that "people like Booker T" would never win world championships in WWE. Continuing, Triple H made references to Booker's "nappy" hair, and that he was hired to "dance and entertain people like Triple H." Triple H beating Booker T at WrestleMania and having this racist promo be one of the key moments in the feud is an incredible showcase of the types of mind games that a character labeled the "Cerebral Assassin" would use in order to be successful in their quest to retain their championship.
