Those who fancy a right good giggle should revisit some of the Hardcore Title mayhem from WCW TV and pay-per-view in the year 2000. Specifically, Norman Smiley's exploits should be essential viewing for those who enjoy the lighter side of pro wrestling. Then, there was this shocking incident.

Terry Funk and Chris Candido were working a fairly standard 'on location' brawl for the 31 May 2000 episode of Thunder when things almost went badly wrong. The pair tumbled into a stable, and their scuffling frightened a horse to the point that it planted a kick right on the Funker's arm/shoulder.

Most people would've high-tailed it away and immediately asked for a doctor, but Terry...yelled at the horse and pretty much challenged the animal to a fight. Incredibly, likely because it didn't fancy a trip to Japan for the next 'King Of The Deathmatch' tournament, the horse backed away.

Thankfully, the horse was unharmed, but things could've gone south in a hurry. Crazy.
