10 Times Wrestlers Visibly Hated Their Matches

On paper, a match between two of the industry's most revered technicians in front of an audience of die-hard fans should have been an obvious match of the year candidate.

But, at ECW One Night Stand 2005 - where the rabid New York fans jeered just about anyone not named Tommy Dreamer - the bout just didn't manage to catch fire.

To compound things, neither Eddie nor Benoit seemed particularly happy about the whole situation, both of them looking visibly agitated (and, at times, uncharacteristically sloppy) throughout the match, which was brought to a disappointing halt around the 10 minute mark.

Whether it was a result of the long, slow come down that followed their respective title reigns of the previous year, or the fact that the crowd spent part of the match chanting about herpes, we'll never know.
