10 Times Wrestlers Went Too Far
1. Big Show Beats Up The Spirit Squad
As if it needed to be said, Paul Wight isn't the sort of human you'd want to get on the wrong side of.
But a few members of The Spirit Squad clearly didn't get that memo as they decided that leaving a subway sandwich in the ring and trying to hook Big Show's leg with a mic chord was a harmless enough prank that would likely have zero painful consequences for anyone involved.
Sure enough, after attempting to rid the ring of the sandwich at a live event and being thoroughly "got" for his troubles, Big Show told the group "every single one of you motherf***ers is dead!" And while Squad member Johnny Jeter would go out of his way to apologise for the incident after the show, Wight's comments of it being "cool" felt a tad insincere to the male cheerleader wrestler.
In the end, Jeter would claim that Show "beat the sh*t" out of him in their next match on Raw. But after being informed by Nick "Eugene" Dinsmore that the whole sub incident wasn't actually Jeter's idea, the towering veteran would take the Spirit Squad star and Umaga out for a steak dinner after clearly sensing he may have gone a bit too far in his particular teaching of a lesson to this up-and-comer.
