10 Times Wrestlers Were Confronted By THEMSELVES!

2. Randy Orton

The most recent inclusion on this list sees Randy Orton faced with Randy Orton.

From setting the Fiend on fire, to RKO'ing Alexa Bliss, to throwing up black goo, it's been an eventful couple of months for Randal Keith. And the next stage on the 'eventful' front saw the Viper tormented by his own visage.

Continuing the oft-painful Orton/Fiend/Alexa story, this past week's Raw had a possessed Randy turn up on a backstage screen to spew some chilling words towards the real deal. Like so many times where a wrestler has been confronted by themselves - or at least their supposed selves - it came off as cheesy and a bit naff. But then again, that could be said for so much of what we've seen between Orton and Bray Wyatt for the last four months.

While many wrestling fans were hoping that this rivalry would wrap up at this year's Royal Rumble PPV, WWE has different plans, with Wyatt having been kept off TV since being set ablaze at December's TLC show.

Instead, it appears that the next (and hopefully final!) stage of this feud will take place at WrestleMania 37. In the meantime, it could well be that we get more Orton vs. Orton confrontations. Yay...
