10 Times Wrestling Fans Jumped The Barricade Into The Ring

3. Kevin Nash Knocks Out A Fan As The New World Order Takes Over

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gq2XB9tDdm8 It was one of the most important nights in WCW history. Bash at the Beach on July 7, 1996 was the night when Hulk Hogan turned heel to join the New World Order with Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. There were a lot of memorable moments that night from Hogan's leg drop on Savage to the fans pelting the ring with garbage to the speech by Hogan that sounded nothing like the positive speeches he delivered for the previous decade. Then there was the moment where a fan decided he was tough and he jumped into the ring to after this new group. Bad move, dude. While Savage and Sting left the ringside area, we could see somebody get in the ring on the other side right near Kevin Nash. It was some fat guy that slid under the bottom rope and as he got to his feet, Nash decked him with a forearm shot to the face. It's a shame we never got the other angle of it because when they switched cameras it looked like that fan was out immediately. Nash stomped away at the guy, who was clearly in pain. Hall joined in with some stiff kicks to the head too. Security got there to haul the guy away. Why would a fan think that was a smart move? Nash is nearly 7 feet tall and 300 pounds. He was a former bouncer. That forearm shot was legit. Hall and Hogan were big guys too. This fan deserved to get knocked out. That's exactly what happened.
