Ring of Homicide took place on May 13, 2006, in Edison, New Jersey during an angle that saw CZW invade ROH.

The scheduled main event, Samoa Joe vs. Necro Butcher, never managed to get underway. The two men knocked out their rival company’s referee and Joe took a chair shot to the head. CZW’s Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli (aka Cesaro) interfered and added to the abuse of Joe. ROH’s Adam Pearce and BJ Whitmer were at hand allowing Joe to be helped backstage.

Onlookers described the commencing brawl as being difficult to watch at times due to the brutality and regularity of the bumps taken. The clash ended in a non-contest. After some mayhem, a returning Homicide and Necro Butcher were left standing for an impromptu main event.

When Homicide began throwing chairs into the ring at Necro, fans knew he intended to top the savageness already exhibited on the card. However, Homicide was more “Accessory to Murder” than the crime befitting his ring-name. He implored fans to throw their own chairs into the ring, swamping his opponent underneath a mound of folded steel. Somehow, the match continued as if the mat wasn’t completely covered under the arena’s seating.
