10 Times WWE Absolutely Nailed A Wrestler's Presentation
8. Bobby Roode
Roode's time with the developmental brand was a roaring success, as he would capture the NXT Championship and hold it for a lengthy period. While his transition to the main roster would be an utter letdown, there is still no argument to be made that WWE skimped out on the outrageous character's presentation.
Firstly, his iconic theme song - Glorious Domination - made Roode a star overnight, as not only was it incredibly catchy and unique, but it completely complimented the grandiose energy and bombastic style of the performer. But the over-the-top nature of his entrance music would only be the beginning of Roode's excellent presentation.
WWE also went fully in on the costumes, allowing him to wear ridiculously lavish robes that were reminiscent of his TNA days, but far grander. The focus on silvers and blues brought out this utterly ethereal vibe to the persona of Roode and made you believe that he genuinely thought of himself as some form of demigod.
To this day, his ridiculous entrance at NXT TakeOver Brooklyn II is still one of the most garish and hilarious entrances in NXT history.
