Excelling in just about every field he has ever tested himself in, be that amateur wrestling, pro wrasslin', or even MMA, Bobby Lashley very much strikes you as the sort of person who simply won't stop until he's achieved precisely what he set out to do.

So, you have to imagine that, had former head of WWE creative Vince McMahon given the multiple-time WWE Champion the green light to fulfil a rather insane dream pitch he'd been mulling over for a spell, Lashley would've most definitely done everything in his power to deliver the goods.

Said character would've seen the colossal athlete put on up to 70lbs on the back of suffering severe depression after a particularly painful defeat. But as Lashley would later explain to the NotSam Wrestling podcast, his one-time boss didn't really believe he could pull off such an extreme feat.

And so, this story of Lashley having to dig down deep and be pulled back out of his depression by pal MVP, or someone else on his side, never saw the light of day... for now, at least.
