10 Times WWE Treated Home Town Talent Like Garbage
3. Jim Ross
This is a picture of Jim Ross being forced to kiss Vince McMahon's ass in Oklahoma. It's safe to say that this image doesn't get much airtime when WWE is championing its anti-bullying "Be A Star!" initiative.
Poor old J.R. was the company whipping boy for much of his tenure in WWE. From watching his boss mock his Bell's Palsy on live TV to Triple H legitimately injuring him in a match, when the company fired him in 2013 it felt like one last twist of the knife from his torturers before they released him from the dungeon.
A tad dramatic, perhaps, but ask yourself: How would you feel working for a company that made you kiss your boss' ass in front of your home crowd, knowing that this wasn't the first or last time you'd be publicly humiliated by them?
It's good to see J.R. back behind the announce booth in a company that appreciates wrestling's greatest ever announcer, and hopefully any future visits to Oklahoma will help erase the memory of this low point in his career.
