10 Times WWE Wrestlers Played Two Gimmicks At Once

1. The Undertaker - American Bad Ass

The Undertaker was quietly morphing into the American Bad Ass long before he sped down the aisle on a motorbike at Judgment Day 2000.

Exhibit B (because Exhibit A is f*cking hilarious and we need to build to it) was his final appearance in 1999 before injury very briefly consigned his 'Lord Of Darkness' gimmick to history. Backstage at his last SmackDown of the year, he walked out on Vince McMahon and WWE looking every bit like the biker he'd return as, even if the idea of him on a Harley with eye fetishist Mideon and Mabel-As-An-Alien Viscera was patently absurd.

Weeks earlier, we'd been gifted one of the unintentionally funniest promos in company history courtesy of a long story made longer about 'The Deadman' riding across the great expanse to make Big Show respect him. Or something.

Suddenly those daft interview comments about the current roster make a bit more sense. Maybe he just wanted all those "guns and knives" in case he had to take another greenhorn out into the desert and cut their skin off to make a coat?
