It's pretty tough to find pics of Bob Holly as IC Champ for a reason.

He sort of/kinda'/almost defeated Jeff Jarrett to become the new champion on the 30 April 1995 episode of long-forgotten show Action Zone (taped on 26 April). The WWF treated "Spark Plug" as the champ for a short while before hastily booking a rematch on the same episode - Jarrett came out on top there.

The long and short of it is that poor Bob's flirtation with one of the most prestigious belts in wrestling history has been ignored ever since. His controversy with Jarrett was never mentioned much again after it happened. In fact, the WWF moved right back onto Jeff's feud with Razor Ramon without missing a beat.

Holly's biggest career moment at that point did next-to-nothing for his career. He continued to struggle as a starving artist until being repackaged as 'Hardcore' in 1999.
