10 Totally HILARIOUS Wrestling Botches
5. Jinder Mahal Is Knocked Down By The Wind
Awkwardly completely missing your target when trying to unleash an epic aerial attack is pretty unfortunate at the best of times. But more often than not, said botched dives can be salvaged by a performer simply opting to attack their inaccurate rival on the ground before trying to get the match back on track.
Sadly, though, perhaps due to the Saudi heat or understandably being caught in two minds, Jinder Mahal instead decided to sell Jeff Hardy's obviously imprecise Whisper in the Wind like he'd just been hit by a meteorite at 2018's Greatest Royal Rumble.
Bizarrely choosing to act like you've been pulverised by a star who didn't exactly "get all of it" is one thing. But the fact Mahal then opted to comically stay down for a two-count after failing to remember Hardy was on his way back to the planet was something even the likes of Michael Cole and Corey Graves struggled to explain in the aftermath.
This wouldn't be the last hilarious botch of the evening either, with a certain Titus World-SLIDE going down in the night's surreal main event, too!
