10 Totally Random Makeshift Tag Teams That Surprisingly Ruled

10. The Pit Bulls

In March 2006 Kid Kash and Jamie Noble were going nowhere fast on Smackdown. Although Smackdown was home to a talented cruiserweight division, years of apathy had lead to audience disinterest. They were either shunted on Velocity or used as a timely p*** break for the majority of those attending Smackdown live events. After an unmemorable run as Cruiserweight Champion, Kash began to team with Noble. To start with they were just two guys who happened to be teaming with each other but then they made some adjustments to their act: they started wearing dog collars and chains, got matching gear and adopted a rugged, hard-nosed ring style that was not typically favoured by wrestlers of their stature. Kash even got a hair cut to match his new partner. The newly-christened Pit Bulls were impressive in the ring an routinely destroyed jobber tag teams. The force with which they kicked, punched, chopped and head-butted opponents made them a serious threat and they had a short but decent feud with WWE Tag Team Champions Paul London and Brian Kendrick. Their best match as a team was a losing effort against London and Kendrick at the 2006 Great American Bash. The team was disbanded on September 27th 2006 when Kash was released from his contract. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=teOR64XPaMQ
