10 True Confessions Of A Pro Wrestling Fan

1. I've Never Seen Randy Savage Vs. Ricky Steamboat

It's one of the most heralded matches of the 1980s. It's on a short list of the best WWE bouts of all time. Many fans consider it the greatest contest they've ever seen. Personally, I wouldn't know. Just like we all have that friend who hasn't seen The Godfather (that's also me), we know wrestling fans who haven't seen some absolute classics. This is mine. In the late 90s, I bought a set of all the WrestleManias on VHS, but for some reason, I never watched WrestleMania III all the way through. I have seen the Billy Jack Haynes/Hercules battle of the full nelsons, but the match that made the Intercontinental Title a legendary championship and cemented both men as superstars? Nope. There's still hope, I think. All I have to do is fire up the WWE Network app on my Roku, go to WrestleMania III, and fast-forward to the match. It couldn't be easier. And I'll do it. One of these days. Those are my ten true confessions - what are yours? Make sure to leave us a note in the comments!
