Much like the Iron Man match, In Your House 5's World Title main event between Bret Hart and The British Bulldog had to live up to one of the most iconic and beloved matches of all time - in this case the previous outing between Hart and Bulldog in Wembley Stadium at SummerSlam 1992.

This rematch took place three years later to a muted level of anticipation from fans, in large part due to the fair mediocrity of Bulldog's recent heel turn, done no favours by him losing to Diesel two months prior during his snoozy year-long title run.

But Bret and Bulldog effectively switching positions popularity-wise ensured their In Your House encounter felt fundamentally different, aided further by Hart's decision to bust himself open, a rarity for the Hitman.

Bret of course prevailed this time in a match which soared far above the passable sequel to their SummerSlam match that most were anticipating.
