10 Underrated WWE Attitude Era Matches
1. Six-Pack Challenge (Unforgiven 1999)
A match of this kind would perhaps be even more appreciated in today's era, where WWE continue to recycle the same four or five match-types to the point of saturation.
Despite every man being for himself, the six competitors - Triple H, The Rock, Mankind, Kane, Big Show, and The British Bulldog - were allowed to tag each other into the match as and when, creating a dynamic whereby it became impossible for any one of them to emerge as the favourite to take the title.
Throw in Stone Cold Steve Austin - who served as the match's take-no-prisoners special guest enforcer - along with the common-garden referees who were on strike - and you had all the ingredients for an absolute Attitude Era classic (and one of that is conspicuous by its absent from most top 10 lists).
