Okay, we know what you're thinking: Undertaker and Cena clashed with each other many times in 2003, including at the Vengeance PPV. Yes, they wrestled on an episode of Raw in 2006. This is true. So how is John Cena versus The Undertaker a dream match? Well, because they never had that big PPV match when Cena was on top, that's why. When Cena and Undertaker feuded in summer 2003, Cena was the 'Doctor of Thuganomics' and trying to find his feet as a heel while 'Taker was in the last stages of his American Badass/Big Evil phase. Their matches were good and some considered their Vengeance 2003 effort to be Cena's 'coming out party'. But, while solid, they lacked the spectacle or crowd heat that a Cena versus Undertaker match would have surely elicited had it taken place a few years later in a WrestleMania setting.
