10 Underused WWE Superstars (And How They Should Be Booked)

It is disheartening to see the multi-time tag team champion Cesaro work under the likes of Sami Zayn and now Baron Corbin on WWE TV. 'The Swiss Cyborg' has the talent to become the face of the company, but the higher-ups have never liked him. Given that he has stayed loyal to the organisation, the writers should give him a mid-card push soon.

The best way to push him would be to turn his character face and insert him in the Intercontinental Championship picture. The reigning champ, Zayn has been absent from SmackDown after he retained his title against Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 36. There could be an angle where 'The Swiss Superman' would say that he is tired of being under the Canadian wrestler's shadow, and now, he wants to win the gold.

The matches between 'The Liberator' and the European star would take the ratings to the next level. The wrestling community has always been behind the former United States Champion. Thus, if Cesaro wins the Intercontinental title, it would not only freshen up things on Friday nights but also give him a prominent place on the show.
