10 Unexpected Betrayals At WWE Survivor Series

6. Diesel (1994)

Another inadvertent-punch-of-the-partner spot, though this time from rather less likely sources in the form of long-time Kliq buddies Diesel and Shawn Michaels.

Diesel and Michaels, alongside Jeff Jarrett, Jim Neidhart and Owen Hart, looked set for a whitewash victory at the 1994 Survivor Series, with Razor Ramon the one remaining member of the opposing team.

The entire match was turned on its head though when Diesel picked up Razor and set him up for some Sweet Chin Music, only for Michaels to accidentally clatter his partner in the chops.

After regaining his composure, safe to say that Diesel wasn’t best pleased. He pursued Michaels to the entranceway with his teammates remonstrating in tow, before turning his attention to Jarrett, Neidhart and Owen. After cleaning house and laying each of them out on the ramp, he then chased the red-faced Michaels all the way back through the curtain.

Meanwhile in the ring, the referee proceeded to count out all five men, thus handing a groggy Razor Ramon one of the most improbable victories in Survivor Series history. In hindsight, it seems a tad unfair to blame Diesel for this one; he may have technically turned on him team, but his reasoning was rather valid.
