8. The Epidemic

As Kurt Angle's in-ring career seems to be winding down (he has claimed this is his final year as a wrestler) he should really start looking at getting more acting roles. The man is a natural, his comedic timing is spot-on and he has the intensity required for drama and action roles. Angle has appeared in more films recently. In the last five years he has appeared in the guilty pleasure River Of Darkness (also starring Kevin Nash and Sid Vicious), Warrior, Pain and Gain and Sharknado: 2. Kurt's last role was in the silly Pro Wrestlers Vs. Zombies (pictured above). Kurt clearly enjoyed being in a zombie film, as he's set to appear in another one in 2015. The Epidemic is an independent zombie film featuring Eric Roberts, Danny Trejo, Corey Feldman, Sherman from the American Pie films and Shelly from Friday The 13th Part III. What a wonderfully mad cast that is. Whether the film gets made or not, is anyone's guess. The film only reached 18% of its modest ($39,500) goal on Indiegogo.com, although the director claims to have secured £750,000 via Canadian investment. If the film does get made, expect it to be typical zombie B-move fare. Only with Kurt Angle german suplexing zombies or, even better, as a german suplex throwing zombie.
