10 Ups & 1 Down From AEW Fight For The Fallen (Jul 15)

5. Kenny's Losing It

Kenny Omega
AEW

Great character work permeated Kenny Omega's performance against Jurassic Express, wrapped up in a nice little bow by what happened after the bell.

The Elite defeated Jurassic, as they should have, but 'The Best Bout Machine' wasn't content. He mounted Marko Stunt after pinning him and started raining punches down upon the defeated man. The Young Bucks stopped him before he could go too far, though the look on Kenny's face told us a switch had been flipped within him, suggesting the villain he used to be in New Japan could be on the way back.

Is this a return to prime 'Cleaner' form for the AEW Tag Team Champion? That's an exciting prospect and could be an effective way to solidify his alliance with Hangman Page in the Elite's cold war.
